LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services is looking into a Lexington daycare after a child was left inside a van. Shortly after midnight, Lexington Police were called to an apartment on Winburn Drive for a report of a missing toddler.
