    LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two Lexington hospitals were ranked in Kentucky's top five hospitals. U.S. News & World Report's ranked University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospitall as number one in the state in its Best Hospitals Rankings, which were released Tuesday.     Work on the interior of the new Lexington senior citizens center continued this week and will likely open sometime this fall. The 33,000-square-foot center will replace the roughly 17,000-square-foot center at Nicholasville Road and Alumni Drive.
