    LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) -A former Lexington firefighter convicted of hitting and injuring a soldier, is set to be sentenced Friday. Back in September, a Fayette County jury found Jarad McCargo guilty on six counts including assault and DUI. Police said McCargo backed into Noel Espino outside the Beer Trappe last September. Espino lost his left leg in the crash. The jury has recommended ten years in prison.
