LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police say they've arrested a man wanted in connection to a murder on Augusta Court. Just a few hours after announcing Saturday morning they had obtained an arrest warrant for Timothy L. Fogle, 40, police say they arrested him at the transit center in downtown Lexington. A 19-year-old man died after showing up at a Lexington hospital with a gunshot wound early Saturday.
