The Lexington Health Department is offering free HIV screenings tomorrow in honor of National HIV Testing day across the country. The health department says they will have all hands on deck tomorrow for what they say is one of their busiest days of the year. The health department says that on a normal “busy” day they have up to ten tests a day but they say on a special promotional day like this they expect to see those numbers skyrocket.
