LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The man charged with Lexington's last murder of 2016 appeared in court on Wednesday. Lexington Police charged Brian Jones with the killing of De'Ontai Bates. During testimony given on Wednesday by Lexington Detective Robert Wilson, he said Bates was driving around that night with DeMarcus Clay.
