LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Lexington Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention has activated its Emergency Weather Plan to help people stay safe over the coming days. The plan is activated when the temperature is expected to fall below 32 degrees. With the plan activated, some shelters have extended hours and there are more transportation options.
