LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police are looking for the man accused of robbing a gas station late Tuesday night. The man went into the Marathon on North Broadway and pretended to be a regular customer buying beer, police said. While at the counter, police said the man pulled a knife on the clerk and demanded cash. The suspect was then seen running toward a nearby motel. LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police officers and firefighters testified in Matthew Donaghy's murder trial on Tuesday. Donaghy is accused of murdering his boyfriend, Todd Schumacher, back in January of 2015. On Tuesday, the second day of the trial, the jury heard testimony from first responders who worked the night Schumacher was killed. According to the arrest citation for James Gormley, III, on July 6, Jennifer Dunlap was stopped by a loss prevention officer at the Kroger on Bryan Station Road.
