LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man who kidnapped a Lexington man who was found dead in 2014 has agreed to testify against a second man charged in the murder case. Timothy Ballard will not be going to trial because he has accepted a plea deal. Friday morning he pleaded guilty to kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
