Police: Victim shot in the head in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police are investigating a shooting that left one person shot in the head. It happened just before 10:30 p.m. on Sunday on Honey Jay Court. Police say an officer was patrolling the area when they heard gunshots. When an officer went to investigate, police say they found a person laying in the backyard of a home with a gunshot wound to the head.
