LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The owners of a Lexington nightclub appeared in Fayette District Court on Tuesday morning over the terms of their lease. Esplanade LLC, which owns the building where Lexington Live is located, filed a cancellation of lease notice dated January 30 to inform the business that their lease had been canceled. The two sides met in court on Tuesday and reached an agreement.
