LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) Friends and family gathered Wednesday night to pay tribute to a Lexington man who died in a weekend shooting. James Blair, 27, died early Sunday morning at UK Hospital after a shooting in the Chase parking garage downtown, police said.
