LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington man is behind bars after police say he broke into two apartments over the weekend. Police arrested Shane Powell on two counts of second degree burglary. They say Powell broke into an apartment on Lakeshore Drive on Friday. They say he also broke into another apartment on Fontaine Road on Saturday. Both apartments are near Henry Clay High School.
